Our store is hosted on WordPress. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

PRODUCTS

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. Due to secondhand materials, each product may differ in its color variations and patterning.
Yours Again is working hard to ensure that all items displayed in store are in stock unless stated otherwise. If multiple orders are placed on the same item or we run out of stock we will inform you via email within 2 business working days.

PAYMENT

All the prices are stated in Euros (EUR).

Yours Again accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Prices shown on the Site are inclusive VAT and shipping. If you want to know more about our shipping policies and returns, read Shipping and Returns.

All credit card payments are processed through the Paymill Payment Provider.

We generally keep your data for the following time period: 10 years as it is required by the Lithuania law.

If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified, TRUSTe Privacy Certifications.

POSTAGE AND PAYMENT POLICY

Item will be dispatched within 3-5 working days after payment confirmation.

STANDARD SHIPPING: We ship by Lithuanian Postal Service or UPS. Once the order is shipped we will provide you with tracking number to track your item.

Please note that Yours Again is not responsible for any custom fees incurred. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other fees incurred on international packages.
