shipping and returns
We offer Free Shipping in Lithuania. For orders inside EU, the Shipping costs are 6 Euros for orders up to 0.5 kg and 10.50 Euros for orders from 0.5 to 1 kg. Currently, we don’t deliver outside the EU. If you live in a country we do not ship to, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with links to the products you are interested in and we will do our best to help you.
We ensure Express Shipping in the territory of Lithuania. To other EU countries, we ship via Standard Shipping and delivery will be made by your local postal service. All shipping services provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package.
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping might vary.
Most orders will ship out within 2 working days from ordering, but we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to our customers.
You will receive an email with the information that the order was shipped. In case of a return or cancellation, you will receive a separate email.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Lithuania – 1-4 business days.
European Union – 3-10 business days.
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
Notice that Free Shipping applies only to merchandise.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Also, we are not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION
All our products are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please note that all Yours Again items are made from recycled textiles, therefore imperfections are part of the style and design of the product.
If you wish to return your item, ship it back to us no later than 14 days from the date of delivery. Items should be returned undamaged, unused, unaltered and with all Yours Again original packaging and tags.
Notice that we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you would like to exchange your item, it will only be replaced with the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
Yours Again does not cover the shipping price on returns and exchanges and full shipping price is applied in case of a return or exchange. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package. Duty Fees and taxes will not be refunded on returns.
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us no later than 24 hours after purchasing.
We will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order and for legal reasons. Your information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented or disclosed.
We collect information from you when you purchase products from our online shop or when you sign up for our newsletter. We may use this information to inform you about our latest products or updates.
All credit card payments are processed through the Paymill Payment Provider. Yours Again does not store any credit card information on our servers nor share it with third parties.
